From my RV kitchen
A masterpiece from an architectural genius, Taliesin West in Scottsdale, Arizona is a must-see. Frank Lloyd Wright used this fantastic 600-acre complex in the midst of the Sonoran Desert as his home, his school and his muse. Built in 1937 in Wright's signature organic architectural style he said of Taliesin West, “Our new desert camp belonged to the Arizona desert as though it had stood there during creation.” See for yourself. Tours can be reserved here. Not planning a visit to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area anytime soon? Enjoy several Taliesin West images on the "Great Buildings" website.
